We are building Darshana together, with your support. We have want to keep it simple; collaboration is a must.
Do I need to pay?
No, if you are a talent. Unless you want a very specialized service. You pay if you are a recruiter for a company and you hire somebody part of full time, subscription or one time; otherwise, you are welcome to participate of the community!
What if I do not find a job that fits my profile?
Share your profile with the community. Ask (Darshana's team will also help) to recruiters in the community and fellow talent to find more job posts. You can also look for help to enhance your profile.
What if I do not find a talent that fits the job description?
Share what you are looking for with the community. Ask (Darshana's team will also help) to talent and fellow recruiters in the community to onboard more talent. You can also keep participating and helping talent that you can hire after.
Why do you use Discord and how it works?
Discord is where our community collaborates and grow together, you can also have the chance to join other communities like ours. We like it because it let us share, help others with tips and best practices, and how to improve our search (for job or talent)

What does web3 means for Darshana?
It means that we have decentralized elements, both in our technology stack, the way we operate, and how we help facilitate the collaboration of the community. You check our manifesto, it's actually published as an NFT; and our roadmap.
What is blockchain?
Blockchain is a shared, immutable ledger that facilitates the process of recording transactions and tracking assets in a network.
What is a cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency is decentralized digital money that’s based on blockchain technology.
What is an NFT?
Non-fungible Token is one that is unique and can’t be replaced with something else. But another token like a Bitcoin can be traded for another without another, because they are the same, like FIAT money, one dollar is like another dollar. The NFTs cannot be traded because they are unique, yes, like art.
Why do I need to educate myself?
Because as there any other new thing, it has good and bad elements. People that want to do good and harm. Technology that is, or not designed to help us protect our assets. Since the environment is rapidly changing, we can go into the rabbit hole--exactly like the expression and might take time to understand everything.
